Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused and unaltered, with their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery.
How to Return
Email support@vaern.studio with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions. Please do not send an item back without authorization.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund. For an exchange, contact us and we’ll help arrange the correct size or piece.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We’ll make it right.
